Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund (as defined below) within 14 days of purchase. Depending upon your financial institution, it may take 3-5 business days for your refund to be fully processed. A refund will be issued back to the original form of payment used to place the order upon return of unopened product.
Refunds will only be granted to customers who made their purchase on Osmosiswatercompany.com
No returns or refunds available on 128oz gallon size or 64oz half gallon size (except in the rare instance of breakage).
A maximum of $125 may be refunded for a single order.
